After letting the panel bonds dry I haven't done much work. I had a huge distraction at work in what was going to be the Apple Blossom Invitational, but alas it fell though and that has freed me up to do some more work. I am looking to get a new vin tag made and to priove that i really do own the car i took a pic of the trans VIN, which matches my frame VIN and engine VIN and title. I've sit the nose on half a dozen times and still cant get it lined up right. I have been trying various shim combinations and I am just not getting it too look right. I did untertake rebuilding the heater box. I wanted to install the seal kit and had to completely gut it to do so. I also primed some of the rusty part it in just to keep it in good shape. I didnt use the stock rivets. I used pop rivets, the original style rivets are in a bag when someone wants to turn this into a trailer queen.
More heater box work. What fun! I got in a bunch of little parts over the last few days and I am rolling some of them out. One of the parts was a new seat rail foot bracket, which got me too look at my seats. Overall they aren't in that bad of shape. I put rivets on the windshield frame trim. I need to place my trim tag on the car as well, but ill wait until the paint is done. I also did a little more glass repair on driver hood mount. Also, mounted drivers side fender bracket and repaired the passenger fender skirt bond that I broke.

I know a guy who has a bunch of old corvettes sitting around and I asked him if I could take some pics to compare my body line up. I left depressed after finding out I was worse off than I thought.
