I didn't get to take any pictures as I was pulling the body off.  I used an engine hoist with chain connected to the door hinges mounts and door strikers to lift the body.  Here are some pictures I took as the car sits while I wait for the frame repairs to be completed.  These pictures were taken November 7th, 2004.
