Tonight I finished removing drivers #4 bolt, I had to go get some more reciprocating saw blades. After that I began working on drivers #2. This was not much fun but I eventually got it by cutting the lock washer out with a dremel and reshaping the head. Then I was finally able to tap the lock washer out with a chisel and then use a bolt extractor to get it out. Took me about an hour as it is close quarters. The first picture below shows what left of the bolt.
I then removed the rear bumpers, this was very easy as I just put a new bolt set in about a month ago. My rear lights wiring harness looked pretty rough, didn't want it getting any rougher, took it off and moved it aside. In the process I broke off an old nasty rusted stud off of every tail light assembly. Damn.
Take a look at the crack in the body near the rear plate and the wonderful valence repair job.
When I looked at the headlights, I noticed the two assemblies don't match. The drivers side looks like it is made for this front end. The passenger side looks highly rigged.
